Craig Melville - Managing Director

Craig Melville founded Red Cloud Consulting in April 2014.

Craig is a mining and international tax specialist who has been advising junior and mid-cap companies in the resources industry for more than 25 years.  He has worked extensively for big four and mid-tier accounting firms and implicitly understands the needs of clients in this area.

His clients appreciate his ability to consider issues, develop solutions and communicate complex tax advice in a way they can understand.

Over the years Craig has built a comprehensive global network to assist with the provision of international tax advice enabling his clients to receive both Australian and in-country international tax solutions.

Mark Dacko - Director

Mark Dacko is a highly experienced tax professional with expertise in high level corporate tax as a consultant and in-house tax manager and CFO.

Mark began his tax career as a consultant at PKF in 2004 where he became an integral member of a very successful corporate tax team with a key skillset in tax effect, consolidations and restructures.  He eventually moved into commerce with BHP Iron Ore and other manufacturing entities being exposed to a variety of commercial tax operations, before returning to consulting with Red Cloud Consulting in 2018.
